Rakesh Paladugula is a globally recognized accessibility specialist, advocate, and mentor with over 17 years of experience in the tech industry. Blind since the early 2000s, Rakesh brings a deeply personal understanding of the challenges and needs of people with disabilities in the digital age.
He started Accessibility Symposium in 2024 as a community event and here we are all together for the second year making the symposium a more meaningful and impactful event to collaborate, partner and take the accessibility movement to the next level. He began his career as an accessibility tester and has grown into his current role as Senior Product Manager for Accessibility at Adobe. Prior to Adobe, Rakesh served as a Principal Accessibility Consultant at Deque Systems, co-founded the Accessibility Center of Excellence at Cognizant, and led the development of a 100+ member team of accessibility experts.
