Mr. Rakesh Paladugula
Rakesh Paladugula is a passionate accessibility specialist, advocate and mentor. He is wellknown in the accessibility and disability industry globally. He became blind in early 2000s and clearly know what a person with disability need in this 21st century. Rakesh is in Tech industry for over 15 years. Started as an accessibility tester and grown to a Sr Product Manager. He is a Sr. Product manager for accessibility at Adobe. Prior to Adobe, he was a Principal Accessibility Consultant at Deque Systems, Cocreated accessibility COE at Cognizant and built a team of 100 + accessibility experts. He trained thousands of engineers and hundreds of designers on digital accessibility. Rakesh is often involved in accessibility standards committees to foster the need of digital inclusion. He is a frequent speaker and panel member in many accessibility / disability events. He writes on his website Maxability (www.maxability.co.in).
Keynote speaker : Dr. Kailash Nadh
Dr. Kailash Nadh has a PhD in Artificial Intelligence & Computational Linguistics from the Middlesex university. He has been the CTO at Zerodha since 2013, where he co-founded its tech arm. Zerodha is now the largest stock broker and one of the largest fintech companies in India. He has been a hobbyist software developer for close to two decades and writes codes every day, building technology at Zerodha and building and contributing to open source projects. He co-founded and volunteers at the FOSS United Foundation, a non-profit that promotes the open source software ecosystem in India, and Rainmatter, an initiative that works on climate change projects.
Mr. Partha
Partha loves to wear many hats! Currently, he is a Software Professional, Educator, and a researcher. Currently, he is working with Salesforce India Pvt Ltd., contributing to Product Accessibility & Inclusive Design. He is also pursuing his Doctoral studies at BITS Pilani (Goa Campus) at the intersection of digital accessibility, computing education, and software engineering. Before joining Salesforce Pvt Ltd, he has worked in multiple roles at SAP Labs.
Ms. Megha Pathangi
Megha is a Senior Accessibility Specialist at Pegasystems Worldwide India. Even after being qualified as a Company Secretary, she switched over, to start her journey as an Associate Accessibility Tester around 5 years ago, which was again just by chance. Since then she has developed an immense passion towards making digital space accessible for all and holds an influential position in Pegasystems. She also helps a non-profit organization to conduct digital accessibility training for those who are keen to learn and want to grow in this space.”
Ms.Reena Kuttan
Reena Kuttan has been associated with the social development sector for over 15 years in the disability and healthcare domain. She is currently working at EnAble India as Senior System EnAbler. A pioneer on behaviour innovation such as employability for person with disabilities, she comes with extensive experience of working with people across disabilities such as Deaf, Autism, Locomotor Disability & Multiple Disabilities such as Deaf blindness and has impacted the lives of 1000+ individuals with disabilities.Her contribution to the health care and disability sector are vast. She has conducted capacity building programs for 250+ stakeholders, 5000+ health workers for HIV and Tuberculosis.Reena’s commitment to community engagement extends beyond her professional responsibilities. She has dedicated her time to volunteering at various NGOs, including the Suryodaya Boys Center. Reflecting on her experiences, she expresses pride in witnessing the graduation of two batches of young boys from Suryodaya, knowing that she played a part in their journey and achievements.Beyond her work, she enjoys exploring new experiences, embarking on treks, and is a big foodie.

With over 25 years of expertise in UX, UI, and Usability Engineering, Suhas has contributed to numerous successful software applications and products across various industry domains, where accessibility has been a critical component of their success. Suhas is deeply committed to enhancing user experience by embedding empathy and inclusivity in design, principles he believes are essential for creating accessible and successful products.

Vivek stumbled into the field of accessibility by chance two decades ago when he was assigned a role at Barrierbreak. Since then, he has become deeply passionate about it, taking on diverse responsibilities within accessibility. Presently, he oversees accessibility initiatives at Informatica, continuing his dedicated journey in the field.

Ms. Asha Sreedhar
My name is Asha Sreedhar and I have autism spectrum disorder and Asperger’s Syndrome.
- I currently work as a Quality Associate for SAP Labs India Pvt. Ltd. Through the EnAble India’s Autism at Work Program since July 2015. This will be my 9th year with the company.
- I am part of Rotary Club and Eka Educational and Charitable Trust.
- I received the KWAA Award for Outstanding Influencer and Rotary Heroine Award.
- I participated as a panelist for UN for World Autism Awareness Day.
- I hosted the Autism Summit Event and India Inclusion Summit.
- I have also written many blogs about Autism at Work Experience and other topics.
